Fax: Our business will be conducted via fax. You will fax us your prospective employees job application
along with a signed release. (We have a link which will provide you with the most current "Notification of
Background Inquiry" form required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Social Security Number Trace: We will run a social security trace to verify the number. From this report
we will compare the given address with those provided by the applicant on his/her job application.

Criminal History Checks: We will search for felony arrests and convictions from appropriate county
courts and state agencies. The location for these searches will be provided by the job application and
SOS trace. Occasionally, we may be able to provide relative misdemeanor arrests and convictions.

Driver License Verification: We will verify that the driving license of your prospective employee is valid.
Occasionally, we may be able to provide a driving history of the applicant.

Regular: Our fee is $60.00 per name to be searched.
Discount: Our fee is $50.00 per name if you provide 10 + searches per month.
Added Charge: If your job applicant is extremely transit, added searches may be
required. You will be contacted for your input regarding these applications.
